Working Hours & Payment Terms
Our studio operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (IST).
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are creative blackouts — we rest, recharge, and don’t take calls, meetings, or requests.
A minimum of 50% advance is required to initiate any project.
All invoices raised must be processed within 3 working days from the date of issue.
The remaining payment must be cleared before the final delivery of the project files.
Urgent Work Policy & Creative Ownership
We respect timelines — yours and ours.
Any urgent work request must come with a minimum lead time of 2 working days.
We do not accommodate same-day or last-minute delivery requests unless previously agreed (additional charges may apply).
Until full payment is received, Rohit&Team retains full ownership and rights to all deliverables.
Once the project is paid in full, you receive usage rights as agreed.
Rohit&Team retains the right to showcase all creative work in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotions — unless a written NDA is in place.
Communication & Feedback | Revisions & Delivery
We work best with clear, consolidated feedback.
Delays in communication or approvals may result in project delays or rescheduling.
All projects include a fixed number of revisions as defined in your project scope.
Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.
Final files will be shared post full payment via shared drive or preferred medium.
