I. Work Culture & Collaboration

1. Studio Hours

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (UAE Time)

  • Weekends: Saturday & Sunday are total creative blackouts — no meetings, calls, or revisions.

  • Project Updates: Shared twice a week (every 2–3 days) via WhatsApp voice notes.

  • Meetings: One Zoom call per week (if needed), scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Feedback, Revisions & Workflow

  • Each creative/design/reel includes 2 revisions limited to pre-approved ideas.

  • Before production, we share references & concept directions for approval.

  • Minor edits (text, colour, crop) are allowed within the revision count.

  • New directions after approval are quoted separately.

  • No rush work: Requests or revisions must be given 48 hours in advance.

3. Communication & Point of Contact

  • Every client must assign one primary contact person to consolidate feedback.

  • This ensures clarity, prevents overlap, and speeds up approvals.

4. Portfolio & Testimonials

  • Clients must provide a testimonial after the first month of collaboration.

  • Rohit & Team reserves the right to showcase completed work on our website, portfolio, and social media unless restricted by a signed NDA.

II. Payments, Refunds & Termination

1. Pricing Models & Invoicing
We offer two payment structures:
A. Prepaid Model

  • 100 % payment at the start of each month or before project initiation.

  • Work begins only after payment confirmation.

  • Extra services beyond scope are billed in the next cycle.

B. Postpaid Model

  • Work is delivered first; invoice issued on the 26th of each month.

  • Payment due within 3 working days.

  • Late payments may attract additional fees.


2. Payment Policy

  • A 50 % advance (or 100 % for prepaid model) is required to begin any project.

  • Remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery of files.

  • All invoices are payable within 3 working days from issue.

  • Accepted Methods:

    • Domestic – Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI

    • International – Credit/Debit Cards (through secure gateway), PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer

  • All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant, SSL-encrypted gateways.


3. Currency & International Transactions

  • Default currency: INR (₹)

  • International invoices available in USD or AED.

  • Bank conversion rates apply on the date of transaction.

  • Transfer or conversion fees are client’s responsibility.


4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Prepaid Clients

  • 0–7 Days → Full refund

  • 7–15 Days → 50 % refund

  • After 15 Days → No refund

Postpaid Clients

  • No refunds (applicable after service delivery).

Processing Time: 1–2 weeks.
Refunds are issued only for technical errors or duplicate payments.

5. Termination Policy

  • Notice Period: Minimum one month’s written notice by either party.
    Example: Notice on March 10 → collaboration ends April 10.

  • Immediate Termination:
    • Client ends immediately → one additional month’s fee payable as compensation.
    • Rohit & Team ends immediately → one month of completed content delivered in advance.

  • Final Settlement: All dues must be cleared before handover. Applicable refunds follow policy above.
     

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Until full payment is received, all creative work remains property of Rohit & Team.

  • Upon payment, usage rights transfer to the client per the agreed scope.

  • Rohit & Team retains the right to display finished work for portfolio and promotional use unless an NDA prohibits it.

1. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All client data, project details, and payment information are handled with strict confidentiality.

  • We never sell, rent, or share client information with third parties.

  • All transactions are processed through SSL-secured, GDPR and PCI-DSS-compliant systems.

2. Data Usage

  • Information shared by clients is used solely for communication, billing, and project execution.

  • You may opt out of marketing or promotional emails at any time.

3. Dispute Resolution

  • Both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution through direct discussion.

  • If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
